Labor Management Partnership

When labor and management work together our customers reap the rewards. Our positive working relationship with Electrical Workers Local 145 guarantees there will never be a work disruption. Our labor agreements contain a "no strike" clause.

Everyone knows that the key to quality work is a well trained work force . That's why we built the Quad City’s Electrical Training Center. The center provides 3-5 years of class room and hands-on training for apprentices and continuing educational opportunities for journeymen electricians in new technology and safety.

We took our positive partnership one step further by forming the Quad Cities Labor-Management Cooperative Committee in 1989. The balanced committee was formed to promote the skills and cost benefit s of our highly trained work force to the Quad Cities, Clinton and Muscatine communities. In addition, this committee serves to give back to the community through donations of money and/or labor to worthwhile economic development opportunities. And finally, the LMCC promotes programs and educational opportunities within our organizations that enhance an already positive working relationship. To learn more about our quality area electrical contractors please visit our website lightingtheqca.com.
